Dieser Anwendungsfall wurde buildingSMART-Fachgruppe Bau1 "BIM Anwendungen für Bauunternehmen" erarbeitet: https://www.bsde-tech.de/mitarbeiten/fachgruppen/fg-bau1/ Im Rahmen der Standardisierungsarbeiten hat die Fachgruppe einen ersten Vorschlag zur Erstellung des BIM-Anwendungsfalles „Modellbasierte Übergabedokumentation an den Betrieb“ gemacht. Dabei wurde definiert, dass die bauausführenden Firmen das AIM (Asset Information Model) liefern sollen, das auf der Basis von Bauwerksinformationsmodellen erstellt wird und nur die Informationen enthält, die für einen effizienten Betrieb notwendig sind. Bei der Diskussion in der Gruppe kam die Frage auf, wie der Betreiber die Informationen von den bauausführenden Unternehmen erhalten muss, damit er sie effizient weiterverwenden kann. Dazu einige Fragen an die FM/AM-Experten: Welche Informationen werden überhaupt benötigt? Welche Dokumente und Eigenschaften müssen zur Verfügung gestellt werden? Die Informationen und Dokumente sind idealerweise mit den virtuellen Bauteilen im Modell verknüpft. Bei der Übergabe müssen diese Daten irgendwie übertragen werden. Wenn nicht die gleiche Software verwendet wird, ist es dann schwierig, die Dokumente mit den Verknüpfungen zu übergeben? Wie sehen hier BIM-basierte Ansätze aus? Gibt es bereits Vorgaben, wie Daten effizient bereitgestellt werden sollten? Die Praxis bei den Bauunternehmen zeigt, dass die Übergabe bisher eher papierbasiert erfolgt. The ROS-BIM Project utilizes a dynamic integration between the Robotic Operation System (ROS) and the ifcOWL ontology to enable the automation of digital fabrication using IFC model data. The project's objectives included examining the feasibility of integrating ROS with ifcOWL ontology for digital fabrication automation, developing a workflow for extracting wall geometry data (including openings) from IFC models, and implementing a system for cutting gypsum boards based on standard dimensions. Additionally, the team aimed to simulate and visualize robotic movements and fabrication processes using RVIZ and update the resulting panel geometry on the server as an IfcBuildingElementProxy, labeling them with their fabrication status.
