Co-Creation Space

  • The UCM Co-Creation Space (CCS) provides the framework for the creation of use cases and other documents
  • Participants who are assigned to a project group, e.g. in a bSI domains, can request access to the CCS
  • To get access to the Co-Creation Space, you must be engaged in a bSI domain or your chapter / company must have an active UCM account
  • Contact the responsible person (see contact) to request access to the CCS

UCM Training

The UCM training website explains the access, the different roles, the creation and management of documents and shows the different features of this service.

 

Co-Creation Space libraries

The UCM consists of three libraries. User rights are only assigned at level 3, i.e. different user rights can be assigned to participants in each project.

 UCM registration

  • Register to gain full access to UCM Website

List of team members

  • Send a list with all e-mails of the project participants to the UCM administrator (see contact)
  • Appoint a project administrator
  • Project administrator will be authorized to coordinate the project

Invitation to Co-Creation Space (CCS)

  • All participants in the project receive an invitation generated by the UCM
  • If you do not receive it, please check your SPAM folder
  • Accept the invitation and wait until the window has fully loaded

 Access Co-Creation Space

  • Access to the Co-Creation Space is now enabled.
  • The symbol is displayed at the top right of the UCM website
  • Log out and log in again if you do not see the symbol

Add use case

  • All project participants can now create a use case.
  • The creator has write access, the team members .have read access and can comment on the use case
  • The project administrator can adapt the roles of all team members (read and comment use case) and grant project manager rights (edit use case)

Publish a use case

  • A use case can be published step by step.
  • Contact the UCM administrator (see contact) to request a publication
  • The UCM administrator checks the use case for completeness
  • The project team is responsible for the correct content
  • The UCM administrator publishes the use case on the UCM website
