The use case openBIM building permit procedure of the City of Vienna describes the information requirements for the openBIM submission to the City of Vienna. This information exchange requirement applies to the builder's architectural model - hereinafter referred to as the building application model (BAM) - which is used in the course of the pilot operation for the openBIM construction process of the City of Vienna Building Police. This is an officially published exchange information requirement of the City of Vienna, which is based on the information requirement of the BRISE-Vienna research and development project. It should be noted that the enclosed information requirement represents a development status and that further development (adaptation/addition/reduction) is planned in the course of pilot operation (see version number and revision list). Bislang werden nur oberirdische Gebäude angeboten, welche fotogrammetrisch entstanden sind. Die inneren und unterirdischen Bestandteile davon (Keller, Einstellhalle, Erschliessung, etc.) befinden sich nicht darunter. Im Sinne von nachhaltigem, hochgenauem und vollständigem Gebäude werden sie künftig ab der Baueingabe und später analog der Baubewilligung im GIS ab IFC dargestellt. Der Use Case openBIM-Bauverfahren der Stadt Wien beschreibt die Informationsanforderungen für die openBIM Einreichung bei der Stadt Wien. Die vorliegende Informationsanforderung gilt für das bauerwerberseitige Architektur-Fachmodell – in Folge Bauantragsmodell (BAM) genannt – das im Zuge des Pilotbetriebes für openBIM Bauverfahren der Stadt Wien-Baupolizei verwendet wird. Es handelt sich um eine offiziell veröffentliche Informationsanforderung der Stadt Wien, welche auf der Informationsanforderung des Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojektes BRISE-Vienna basiert.
