The UCM platform can be used free of charge by the working groups of buildingSMART Germany as part of their standardization work:
  • Members of buildingSMART Germany (or employees of members) join together to form a UCM project team and apply to our office for access to the UCM platform.
  • Publication of the use cases is subject to the usual rules for standardization with buildingSMART Germany.
  • Technical and organizational support from the buildingSMART office is free of charge.
Interested project teams should contact ucm@buildingsmart.de

The service is also available to companies and non-profit organizations that want to publish their own use cases on the UCM platform, but which are not the result of the standardization activities of buildingSMART Germany. In this case, we offer a favorable license model. Please contact us by email at ucm@buildingsmart.de
